沙特水务公司全国水处理厂长期运维项目公开招标 NWC Long-term Operation and Maintenance Contracts for Sewage Treatment Plants (LTOM) Project

The National Water Company (NWC) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia-Riyadh is delighted to announce that it has issued a Request to seek Statement of Qualification(SOQ) from water companies interested in being a contractor or forming a contractor consortium to procure Long-term Operation and Maintenance Contracts for Sewage Treatment Plants (LTOM), located in Riyadh, Makkah, Jeddah, Taif, and the Northern Borders Region to achieve a sustainable water sector, all available water resources in Saudi Arabia need to be utilized, including reuse of treated wastewater, Only pre-qualified companies and consortia will be permitted to participate in a series of tenders to award Long-term Operation and Maintenance Contracts for Sewage Treatment Plants (LTOM) in wastewater services in Saudi Arabia.

JSG Saudi Company, Shanghai ECH and other companies had formed a consortium for this project and had already submitted the SOQ on 9^th August, 2020.

位于利雅得的沙特国家水务公司（NWC）于近日针对 全国污水处理厂的长期运维项目（LTOM）公开招标，要求国际上有意成为承包商或组建承包商联合体的水务公司提供资格陈述（SOQ）。项目地址位于利雅得、麦加、吉达、塔伊夫以及北部边境地区。为了实现可持续的水资源，沙特需要利用所有可用的水资源，包括处理后的废水再利用。只有通过资格预审的公司和联合体才有资格参与后续一系列的投标，并有机会被授予沙特全国范围内污水处理厂长期运营和维护项目的合同。

沙特JSG公司、上海洗霸等公司已组成联合体参与本项目，并已于2020年8月9日提交了SOQ。
